Level 2 — Standard¶
Who this is for
You want more than the panel: the chance to review the detailed analysis of each process on the website, and download it, before you draw.
What you can do at this level — everything in Level 1, plus:
- Open the website ("full web app") to elaborate processes.
- View the elaborated detail for each process (read-only).
- Download the generated Markdown outputs.
Before you start: your access code, a transcript, and a Miro board with the Processor panel. (See Getting started.)
How the Level 2 flow works¶
The light work stays in Miro; the detailed work happens on the website; then you come back to Miro to draw. See the Miro → website → Miro diagram.
Step-by-step¶
1. Analyze in the panel¶
In the Processor panel: enter your access code (first time), paste or upload the transcript, choose the target process count from the dropdown, and click Analyze. Processor lists the candidate processes it found.
2. Open the website¶
Click "Open full web app" in the panel. You'll land on the website already signed in with the same account.
3. Elaborate and review on the website¶
On the website, select the processes you care about and click Run to elaborate them. Processor expands each into detailed, structured content, which you can read on the page (read-only).
4. Download the detail (optional)¶
Each generated file row — for example the candidate list, a process file like OP1.md, and the supplementary notes — has a Download button so you can save the Markdown. (At Level 2 the downloads are the Markdown outputs; the BPMN files themselves are a Level 3 feature.)
5. Back to Miro — draw¶
Switch back to the Miro tab. The panel refreshes automatically and lists your elaborated processes as ready to draw — you do not need to click anything to reload. Pick one process and draw it; Processor builds its diagram at that moment and draws it on the board.
Tidy the diagram¶
As with every level, the layout is auto-generated — a first pass to nudge by hand. It's a straw-man to refine.
Before you re-analyze or upload a new transcript¶
Re-running the analysis or uploading a new transcript clears your generated processes and detail (the transcript is kept). Processor warns you and offers Download backup (zip) first — available at every level.
What's not at this level¶
Choosing the AI model, generating/downloading the BPMN files, the "Download all" zip export, and uploading your own .bpmn are Level 3 features.
What Level 3 adds¶
Level 3 adds model choice, BPMN generation and downloads on the website, a full zip export, and direct .bpmn upload — see Level 3 — Full.
Troubleshooting¶
- The panel didn't show my elaborated processes. It refreshes when you return to the Miro tab; give it a moment. See the FAQ.
- I can't download the BPMN file. That's a Level 3 feature; at Level 2 you can download the Markdown outputs.
