Level 3 — Full

Who this is for

Power users who want full control: choose the AI model, generate and download the BPMN files, export everything, and bring in existing .bpmn files.

What you can do at this level — everything in Levels 1 and 2, plus:

  • Choose the Claude model (in the panel and on the website).
  • Generate the BPMN for each process on the website.
  • Download individual BPMN files.
  • Download all your data as a zip.
  • Upload your own .bpmn file in the panel and draw it directly.

Before you start: your access code, a transcript, and a Miro board with the Processor panel. (See Getting started.)

Step-by-step

1. Analyze in the panel

Enter your access code (first time), paste or upload the transcript, choose the target process count from the dropdown, optionally pick the AI model, then click Analyze.

2. On the website — elaborate and generate BPMN

Click "Open full web app". On the website, Run elaborate on the processes you want, review the detail, and then use the "Generate BPMN XML" section to create the BPMN for each process.

3. Download what you need (optional)

Every generated file row has a Download button — including the BPMN files at Level 3. To save everything at once, use "Download all (zip)" (note: the all-data zip excludes the BPMN files; download those individually if you need them).

4. Back to Miro — draw

Switch back to the Miro tab. The panel refreshes automatically and lists your BPMN-ready processes. Pick one and draw it on the board.

5. Or: draw an existing .bpmn file

At Level 3 the panel also lets you upload a .bpmn file directly and draw it — handy when you already have a diagram from a modelling tool and just want it on the board. (A file that already carries its own layout is drawn with those coordinates.)

Choosing the model

You can pick the Claude model in the panel and on the website.

Known quirk: set the model again on the website

When you open the website from the panel link, the site does not carry over the model you chose in the panel — it starts on the default. If you want a specific model for the website steps, select it again on the website.

Before you re-analyze or upload a new transcript

Re-running the analysis or uploading a new transcript clears your generated processes, detail, and BPMN (the transcript is kept). Processor warns you and offers Download backup (zip) first. (That safety backup is separate from the "Download all (zip)" export — the export is your general save-everything button.)

What Level 4 adds

Level 4 lets you run on your own Anthropic API key instead of the shared one — see Level 4 — Bring-your-own-key.

Troubleshooting

  • The website is using the wrong model. Re-select it on the website — the panel's choice isn't carried over (see above).
  • My "Download all" zip has no BPMN files. That's expected; download BPMN files individually.
